INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Best Edit Lab (“Best Edit Lab”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and you (“Customer”, “Client”, “User”, “you”, “your”, “them”, “their”, “theirs”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Best Edit Lab website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).

Best Edit Lab (“we”, “our”, “us”) reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement, and any policy or guideline incorporated by reference at any time at its sole discretion.

The Customer (“Client”, “User”, “you”, “your”, “them”, “their”, “theirs”) accept our Terms of Service, detailed herein, by using our site and services. You agree that you’ve reviewed and understand the content within.

Any changes or modification will be posted to https://www.besteditlab.com/terms and become effective upon posting of the revisions on this document.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of the Services following any changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF ANY MODIFICATION, DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICES AND IMMEDIATELY PROVIDE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This agreement supersedes and predates all agreements between Best Edit Lab and Customer regardless of the time when the previous agreements were made and who they were made with.

OUTPUT & TURNAROUND TIMES

While we can accept unlimited requests and revisions, our output volume depends on many factors such as the complexity of requests and the total number of requests. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate any priority items and your timelines but our suggestion is to not use our service for time sensitive requests.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

-January - May: 5-7 business days
-June - December: 7-10 business days.

Best Edit Lab will attempt to complete orders within an estimated turnaround time.

We have a standard 5-7 Days order turnaround time. However, if your editing requests are very complex then we cannot guarantee a 5-7 Days turnaround time.

ACCURACY & QUALITY

While we do our best to minimize any mistakes, due to the nature of creative design, we can not guarantee that all files will be delivered to your satisfaction or will be 100% error free. Upon delivery you agree to review and proof all files for any errors or omissions and notify us if any changes or corrections are needed. We will do our best to rush any edits to correct the mistakes. We are not responsible or liable for any losses or expenses incurred from errors or omissions.

We will do our very best to provide you with the highest quality services.

REVISIONS & COMPLETIONS

We offer an unlimited number of revisions per order where unlimited means an amount that is reasonable and customary from our customers. An example of an unreasonable number of revisions would be more than 5 revision requests. We have a standard 24 hour turnaround time for all revision requests from a single order. This turnaround time may vary based on the number of revision requests you leave.

We maintain the right to refuse any revision requests if we deem them to be unreasonable or not customary from our customers.

After you deliver a order, you have 5 days to review the order and request revisions. If you do not request revisions within 5 days we maintain the right to mark your order as completed and close your order. If we do not receive any communication from you within 5 days for any reason then we maintain the right to mark your order as completed and close your order.

All orders that are marked as completed are considered closed and cannot be reopened, meaning that we cannot make further changes, revisions, or edits to the order unless determined otherwise at our sole discretion. We maintain the right to refuse any changes, revisions, or edits on orders that are marked as completed.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

All Services provided by Best Edit Lab are subject to a fee (“Service Fee”). The Service Fee must be paid in full after we finish work on your project. We accept: Paypal, Credit/Debit Card (MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®), Cryptocurrency or Bank Transfer.

Upon completion of the project, Best Edit Lab will send an invoice to the client for the payment (“Invoice”). The Invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the client during ordering. The client must ensure that the email address provided is correct and that they have access to it.

The client must pay the Invoice within 14 days of the invoice date (“Payment Due Date”). If the Invoice is not paid by the Payment Due Date, Best Edit Lab reserves the right to take the following actions:

1) Send a reminder email reminding the client of the Payment Due Date and the consequences of non-payment.
2) Charge a late fee of 10% of the Invoice amount for each additional day that the Invoice remains unpaid.
3) It is important to note that the final project will be delivered to the client only after the full payment.

If the client encounters any issues making the payment, they should contact Best Edit Lab immediately to discuss possible solutions.

Best Edit Lab reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the invoice is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date, and the project will be used as Best Edit Lab property.

By using our Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these invoicing and payment terms, and agree to be bound by them.

In addition, Best Edit Lab reserves the right to refuse any future business or services to clients with a history of late or non-payment.

It is important to note that Best Edit Lab will retain the raw footage and project files until full payment is received. Once full payment is received, Best Edit Lab will deliver the final project files to the client and delete the raw footage and project files from our servers.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these invoicing and payment terms. Our goal is to provide our clients with excellent service and to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the final product.

We understand that extenuating circumstances may affect a client’s ability to make timely payments. If the client cannot pay the Invoice by the Payment Due Date, they should contact Best Edit Lab immediately to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

REFUNDS

Best Edit Lab does not offer refunds for services. If you are unsatisfied with post processing we will gladly redo your order until you are satisfied.

OWNERSHIP & LIMITED RIGHTS

You maintain the ownership rights of any content and files that you send us.

You give us full rights to use your content to the extent necessary to complete the our tasks. When you send us content or files you authorize us to retain archival copies of the content and to use the content for internal training in perpetuity.

By default, you agree to provide us with a non-exclusive right and license to publish your work in our portfolio, website logo block, social media, email, or any other communication or promotional efforts. If you would like to revoke this right, please notify our team in writing at cheslav@besteditlab.com with subject line “Ownership & Limited Rights”.

We make no guarantee against copyright infringements, copyright claims, or copyright strikes. We take no responsibility and cannot be held accountable if you receive a copyright claim or strike for any reason whatsoever.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We will not be liable to you or any third party in any event for any loss (financially or otherwise) or any damages arising from or relating our services or to this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that you use our services at your own discretion and risk.

SEVERABILITY

You acknowledge that this Agreement is reasonable, valid and enforceable.
